Resolutions: Remember what Confucius said

New year resolutions barely last. Some people maintain their resolutions through the first week, and some even can’t make it through the first week. Some keep up till a month, some for six long months but majority of resolutions end up in failure. Statics say only 1 out of 10 maintain their resolutions through the year. However it is better to have resolutions than not having any, but any resolutions should be a realistic one.

More realistic New Year Resolutions are longer people carry on. For example your resolutions could be sleeping more, spend more time socializing on social networks, not giving up something you’ve hold on for years like smoking, it could be anything realistic. That’s the way you can make your resolutions last.Remember what Confucius said: ‘A journey of a thousand miles begins with a small step.’
